Our Focus Goes Beyond Schools. We Believe in Preparing Young People for The Jobs of Tomorrow Through STEM Education, Coding, Robotics, And Digital Bootcamps. At The Same Time, We Are Committed to Providing Vocational Skills—such As Tailoring, Carpentry, Mechanics, Agriculture, And ICT - so That Youth Can Find Employment or Even Launch Their Own Small Businesses. To Encourage Innovation, We Envision Startup Incubation and Seed Grants, Alongside Green Job Opportunities in Solar Energy, Recycling, And Climate-Smart Agriculture.

Migration Is Another Reality for Many Families. RDF Wants to Support Migrant Workers with Pre-Departure Orientation, Skill Certification, Legal Aid, And Reintegration Services So That Migration Can Be a Safe, Empowering, And Dignified Choice Rather Than a Vulnerability.
